The controller of personal data under Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") is Vojtěch Coufal, ID No.: 17581966, VAT No.: CZ0208190048, with registered office at Brodská 1934/39, Žďár nad Sázavou, 59101 (hereinafter "Controller").

Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.

The controller processes personal data provided by the buyer/ordering party with consent and obtained through contract fulfillment and electronic order processing in the e-shop www.sestavsipocitac.cz.

The controller processes only identification and contact data of the buyer/ordering party necessary for contract fulfillment.

The controller processes personal data for delivery, payment settlement, and necessary communication between contractual parties for the period required by applicable legal regulations. Personal data will not be published and will not be transferred to other countries.

a) Contract fulfillment between buyer/ordering party and controller under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR:

• For processing electronic orders by the buyer/ordering party (name, address, email, phone number, identification number).
• For fulfilling rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between buyer/ordering party and Controller.
• Provision of personal data is mandatory for contract fulfillment. Without providing personal data, no contract can be concluded.

b) Legitimate interest of the controller in direct marketing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR

For sending commercial communications and conducting other marketing activities.

c) Consent for processing for direct marketing purposes under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR

In connection with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in cases where no goods or services were ordered.

The controller retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between buyer/ordering party and Controller and for 3 years after termination of the contractual relationship.

After the retention period expires, the controller is obliged to delete the personal data.

Third parties receiving buyer's/ordering party's personal data are the Controller's subcontractors. Services of these subcontractors are unconditionally related to successful contract and electronic order fulfillment.

Under Czech law, the buyer/ordering party has the right to:

• Access to personal data under Article 15 GDPR
• Correction of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR
• Erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR
• Object to processing under Article 21 GDPR
• Data portability under Article 20 GDPR
• Withdraw consent to personal data processing in writing to the controller's address or electronically to email: info@sestavsipocitac.cz
• File a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they believe their right to personal data protection has been violated

The controller declares that all appropriate technical and organizational measures necessary to secure buyer's/ordering party's personal data have been adopted.

The controller has adopted technical measures to secure personal data storage, including password-protected computer access, antivirus software usage, and regular computer maintenance.

By submitting an electronic inquiry on www.sestavsipocitac.cz, the buyer/ordering party confirms they have been informed of the personal data protection conditions and accept them in full.

The buyer/ordering party consents to these rules by checking the box in the order form.

The controller is entitled to change these Rules at any time. The new version must be published on the website. These Rules become effective on 28.4.2026.
